I want to buy a flower shop or a bakery. how can i find ones that are for sale?
One way to do this would be to buy a bakery or flower shop franchise. There are a ton of franchises available for purchase, and you can find a lot of them on the internet. I did a quick search (http://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=utf-8%26amp;... and found a number of companies that connect franchises with franchisees).
Another possible place to start looking would be local banks - they may have foreclosed on a flower shop or bakery and might be looking to unload them.
The final way I think you could find a flower shop or bakery for sale would be to simply walk into (or call) local shops and see if their owner is willing to sell their business.
