I have 2 stars on level 3. So far I have met the Highlands park ranger and went paragliding, got the heavy racquet from Tim, went fishing with Joseph, made a regular lei with the owner of the flower shop, met the guy at the cake shop. What else do I have to do? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE PPL!!!!

Once you reach level up to star level 2 here is how to get to star level 3....

New stores have now opened up and the Mayor is going to open a new transport system. Wonderful!
The Mayor has decided to introduce a Trolley System, it will cost you a small amount of Simoleons to use, but will save you time walking. Also, the Mayor has hired someone to reopen the Bakery.
