There are a lot of competition.
Reply:Relator???? Realtor, as in Real-estate???? First it be wise to learn to spell it, then look in the Yellow Pages under the same, many offer classes to get your license, and there also, specific schools for this, just shop for the cheapest, it very easy. You just need to learn certain things for this work, and pass a Test given by the State Realtor Board/Commission. One thing they actually teach is the Proper Pronouncing of your profession. ;-)

Talk to people in these areas, so, you know. Realtor, you need a Cell, Business Cards, Yard Signs etc. Company may furnish the sign, but, YOU may have to furnish the Bumper Sticker on it with your name and Cell number, I have worked in this before, it is fun and you can make good money if you organized.

Most Car dealers offer free training for this field and sometimes pay you a small salary until you get going.

Both of the above may be a commissioned based work!!!! Learn, think and GO GET'EM GIRL!!!!!!!!!
Reply:You can get a real estate liscence, in any state, in about 3 months. It involves a course (about $275) and a VERY HARD test (it is possible though, and you can retake it).
Reply:first you would have to loose all your morels and learn to lie very well. are you a hard worker? if so , you need to forget that, all you need to do is be able to put or hire someone to put a sign in the yard, fill out a simple contract stating you will collect a commission no matter how little help or effort you offered sell or buyer,

that's pretty much it, oh one other thing leave conscious behind...
Reply:Its not hard to get into a car sales.Almost every car dealership is always looking for sales people. But of course it depends on your location. As far as a Realtor, if that's what you mean, well that's a different story. You can usually call Realtors and see if they are taking anyone for training.good luck on your search.
