I know sunflowers are in season in spring/summer, but I'm wondering if I went to a flower shop this month if there'd be some decent quality sunflowers available. Do they usually have some in stores this time of year or not?
Can you find decent sunflowers in stores this time of year?
I have seen some in the Whole Foods florist. They seem to be the sunspot type. Large heads like normal flowers but only get about 12 inches high.
