Lighting a Flower Shop.?

how should i design a lighting layout for a flower shop? what is the best fixture to use? what should i bear in mind while planning?

I would use track lighting so you can focus some lights on some displays. I would also use natural light light bulbs. A few common area recessed lights would be good also. You could go with all recessed lights that can be focused on different displays.
Reply:if f/l tubes use colour matching tubes


low voltage lamps use dichoric lamps ( will be on box) this type of lamp helps bring out the colours on what they are illuminating. best to have fittings with built in transformers as lamps are cheaper to replace and use wide angle version, can use narrow ones to highlight displays. good luck

Reply:I'm no Architech, but I do have one suggestion to keep in mind.....mood type lighting to highlight an area for dramatic effects in corners...or walls...It makes such a difference, and draws people to that part of a business.
