Reply:.THE best way is to go talk to a shop owner near by. BECAUSE they buy their flowers from a broker or green house. AND you need a business license.YOU also need a tax number so you can pay your state + federal taxes. GO to your bank and see about a merchant account so yo can take credit cards.THEN you need a talent or schooling and knowledge of how to arrange flowers. YOU need a wholesaler where you can buy gifts. Look in to sources where you can advertise.
